You can use an Percheron Publishing gift certificate to pay for any item sold by PercheronPublishing.com. To redeem your gift certificate you need your claim code which can be found at the bottom right corner of the certificate
When you're ready to redeem your gift certificate place your order on the Order form, then enter the claim code in the space provided. To redeem more than one gift certificate there are several fields in which you can enter the different claim codes.
If your gift certificate covers more than the cost of your order, we'll place the balance in your gift certificate account. The next time you place an order via our order form, note that you have a credit in the special instructions portion of the order form. You won't have to re-enter your claim code.
If the cost of your order exceeds the value of your gift certificate, you can pay the balance using one of our easy payment methods outlined on the order form.
If the intended recipient of an e-mail gift certificate claims to have never received the e-mail containing the claim code, we can help. It's possible the recipient either accidentally deleted the e-mail or their spam assassin is blocking it. Users of ISPs such as AOL and Hotmail have the option of blocking all e-mail messages originating outside of their domain. If the gift recipient's e-mail address includes one of these domains, please contact him or her first, to make sure his or her e-mail is configured to accept e-mails from Percheronpublishing.com.
